This page says what this website collects and what happens to it. It is about the website. How the practice handles a child's records is on the consent page.

What the site collects

If you send a message through the form, the site receives your name, email, phone number, how you prefer to be reached, a best time to call and what you write. It collects nothing else about you. It uses no analytics tracker, advertising pixel, session recording or embedded scheduler.

Please do not send medical details

A message is not a secure channel for a child's health information, and it is not read right away. Leave medical details for the calls and sessions. For anything urgent, call the practice, call or text 988, or call 911.

Who sees it

The clinicians and whoever answers the practice's messages. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising. We keep records private and share them only as the law allows.

How long it is kept

A message that does not lead to a call is deleted after a short time. If you become a client, it joins your record.

Asking for something to be deleted

Write to hello@brandywineplay.com or call (302) 555-0101, and we will delete a message that is not part of a client record.
