Four ways to start, and one clinician to ask
Most families begin with a visit for the parent, then a first play session for the child.
Not sure where to begin? Write to us, and Nasreen will call to talk it through. You do not need a diagnosis, a referral or a plan.

Where to begin
Questions parents ask about services
Do we need a diagnosis or an evaluation first?
No. Many children who come to us have not had one. If your child has been evaluated by a school or a doctor, you are welcome to share it, and nothing is required before the first parent visit.
My child is older than 9. Can you still see them?
Brandywine is built for ages 4 to 9. For an older child, we are glad to talk through what you are seeing and help you find a clinician who works with that age.
How much does it cost, and how do fees work?
Your fee depends on the kind of session, and it is given to you in writing before you start. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are open each season; ask how to request one. How fees work explains insurance, receipts and the estimate.
Ready to talk it through?
Write to us, and we will call at a time that suits you to talk about your child and where to start.
